I have been using the New Outlook app for a few months now, no issues. I am able to open the older Outlook app, but [troubleshoot Outlook errors](https://www.tumblr.com/fixoutlookhelp) cannot access the new app. I have restarted my laptop multiple times and tried to Uninstall the New Outlook but to no avail.
